Departmental Security Administrator (DSA) FRESH Workshop

Course Description
This event is limited to designated DSAs, Data Stewards, and their backups. We will cover Departmental Security Administrator duties and procedures including how to look up a user access profile, how to use the new Fresh Service, and how to use the Banner Security Workflow. On October 11th, 2022 the Division of Information Technology will be implementing FRESH SERVICE, a new service management platform that handles request, trouble tickets, and technical support knowledge articles. All access management forms, including those related to DSA duties, will be deprecated and replaced with an all-new Fresh digital workflow. This training course provides you a peek at what the processes will look like, how to initiate and complete requests, and a chance to ask questions from our experts.
