Out of the Office Assistant (Vacation; Auto Reply)

1. Select Tools > Out of Office Assistant from the main menu.
 
2. Select I am currently In the Office ... if you are in the office, conducting business as usual.

3. Select I am currently Out of the Office and type an away message ... if you need the Exchange server to send auto replies while you are out of the office, .

Typically these messages contain your departure and return dates.

 
4. Click OK.
 
Turn Off the Auto Reply; Return from Vacation
1. Select Tools > Out of Office Assistant from the main menu.
 
2. Select I am currently In the Office.
 
3. Click OK.
