Share my Calendar

1. Click Share my Calendar in the Calendar left-hand navigation panel.
 
Add Others to See or Interact with your Calendar
1. Click Add.
 
2. Select names from the list and click Add. Then click OK.
 
4. Select the name you just picked from the list.
5. Adjust the Permission Level dropdown to an appropriate level of access to your calendar.
 
6. Click OK.
 
Note - The user you selected in step 3 can now open your shared calendar.
