Check Busy/Free times of others

1. Create a new meeting and click the Scheduling tab.
 
2. Click Add Others > Add from Address Book to see others' busy/free times.
 
3. Select namest and choose how they receive the meeting (Required or Optional). Click OK.
 
4. Move the slider to view busy/free time for the duration of your meeting.
 
5. Click the Appointment tab and return to your meeting information. Click Send.
