Turning Off or Customizing Reminders
1. Select Tools > Options from the main menu.
 
2. Click the Other tab and select Advanced Options.
 
3. Click Reminder Options.
 
4. Deselect the Display the reminder box to eliminate reminders from appearing in Outlook. You can also deselect the Play reminder sound box to turn sounds on or off.
