Can I Cancel a Meeting if I'm an Attendee (I did not create the meeting)?

Technically, you cannot cancel a meeting unless you are the meeting organizer. You can however, notify all invitees that you cannot attend the meeting.
1. Open the meeting in your calendar.
 
2. Select Actions > Reply to All with Message from the meeting main menu.
 

3. Send a message to the group.

 
4. Right click on the event in your calendar and choose Delete to remove it from your calendar only.
